Senior Home Safety Assessment
The YC Foundation has certified professionals with specialized training to conduct home safety assessments, identify hazards, and provide recommendations for older adults to support aging in place.
- Conducts Safety Assessments to identify potential dangers
- Provides Recommendations for necessary home modifications
- Educates Clients on home safety, fall prevention, fire safety, financial exploitation Addresses Specialized Needs for Alzheimer’s and dementia
